Parish Study | Monday Evenings | September 8 – October 6

Join us for a Parish Study on St. Paul’s Letter to the Romans. In his letter to the Romans, St. Paul sets forth the human condition, to which God responds by sending Christ and the consequences for him and all of us. Humanity collectively and in each individual member is a slave to sin. God, by his Grace, has sent his Son to redeem us from that slavery. Paul patiently lays forth what we are under sin and what we become under Grace, with the attendant responsibilities that all the redeemed have to God and one another. Redemption is acted out against the backdrop of human history and within sinful flesh, where grace does battle with sin and wins.
